TrueLine

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

TrueLine does not collect any of your data. Everything the app does happens on your device.

What we collect

Nothing. TrueLine has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and makes no network connections. The app’s App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected,” and this page is the long version of the same fact.

Your videos and stats

Videos you record or import, and the metrics TrueLine computes from them, are stored only on your device. They are never uploaded anywhere. There is no server to upload them to. Deleting a shot, deleting a session, or deleting the app removes that data.

If you use the share feature, the shot image is handed to the iOS share sheet and goes only where you send it. TrueLine itself never transmits anything.

Camera and photo library access

TrueLine asks for camera access to record your throws and photo library access to import existing clips. That footage is used solely for the analysis you run on it, on your device. Denying either permission disables only the corresponding feature.

Children’s privacy

TrueLine collects no data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If a future version of TrueLine ever changes any of the above, for example by adding optional iCloud sync, this page will be updated first and the change will be called out in the App Store release notes.
